In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscaped areas through hands-on work with various tools, equipment, and plant materials. Your passion for outdoor environments and commitment to safety will ensure beautiful, healthy landscapes that exceed expectations. Duties Participate in a crew of 1-2 others through the installation of softscapes and hardscapes. Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Drainage, Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, etc. Interact with Supervisors, Project Foreman, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects. Ensure client and company satisfaction through quality work. Provide insight and suggestions for processes that are critical to the success of your crew and the company. Receiving direction and identifying needs on a jobsite. Perform all responsibilities to company standards. Present knowledge and information to other crew members. Show interest in daily tasks and projects. Experience Previous experience in Landscaping. (1-2 years) Ability to install elements like seed/sod, garden beds, patios, retaining walls, etc. Knowledge of plants and soil. Proficient with landscape machinery and hand tools. Ability to lift heavy objects, work long hours outdoors, and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to interact professionally with clients. Attention to detail. Landscaping requires a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects meet high standards. Time Management. Problem solving. Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
