Lawn Care & Snow Removal Crew Member / Driver Kyle's Lawn Service is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal crew. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, can handle physical work, and is able to drive company trucks and equipment between jobs . This is a hands-on position. During the lawn season, work includes mowing, trimming, blowing, landscaping, cleanups, and other outdoor projects. During the winter, the position transitions into snow and ice removal. Responsibilities Drive company trucks to and between job sites Operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment Mow, trim, and blow off residential and commercial properties Perform spring and fall cleanups Assist with landscaping projects Load and unload equipment and materials Drive trucks with trailers Perform snow plowing and snow removal during the winter Shovel and perform other snow-related work as needed Properly care for company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment Work independently as well as with other crew members Requirements Valid driver's license

REQUIRED

Must have an acceptable driving record and be able to drive company vehicles Reliable transportation to work Dependable and able to show up on time Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and snow Able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ pounds Must be willing to work early mornings, nights, and weekends when necessary for snow removal Able to follow directions and work without constant supervision Must take care of equipment and company property Previous lawn care, landscaping, snow plowing, trailer, or equipment experience is preferred but not required for the right person. Snow Removal Snow removal hours depend on the weather. Applicants must understand that snowstorms may require working overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays . Being dependable during snow events is extremely important for this position. Pay Pay based on experience, driving ability, and equipment experience. Higher pay may be available for applicants with experience driving trucks and trailers, operating commercial lawn equipment, or plowing snow.
