Full-Time Position Summary:
Seeking a dependable, self-motivated Grounds Maintenance Technician to help maintain and enhance the property's outdoor spaces and common areas. This position is responsible for year-round grounds care, seasonal landscaping, property inspections, outdoor amenity maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Maintain grounds, sidewalks, entrances, courtyards, parking areas, and outdoor amenities. Perform seasonal landscaping duties including planting, pruning, edging, fertilizing, leaf removal, and flower bed maintenance. Monitor and maintain tennis courts, pool area, sundecks, and courtyard furniture. Conduct daily property inspections and promptly address cleanliness, safety, and appearance concerns. Assist with snow and ice management, including operation of snow removal equipment. Clean and maintain waste, recycling, and storage areas. Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on grounds equipment and outdoor fixtures. Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, snow equipment, and other tools. Identify maintenance needs and communicate recommendations for repairs and improvements. Qualifications Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, facilities maintenance, or property maintenance experience preferred. Ability to safely operate landscaping and maintenance equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to property appearance. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including lifting, bending, walking, and operating equipment. Valid driver's license preferred.

$21.00 per hour
