Full Job Description Title:
Grounds Keeper/Light Maintenance Pay:
$20 - $22 per hour Hours per week: approximately 20, part-time
Location:
The Oaks on Pleasant, Richfield, Minnesota We are seeking someone who take pride in keeping the outside of our beautiful property, The Oaks On Pleasant, looking neat and clean.
Job duties:
walk the outside of the property and pick up trash, pull weeds, spray cracks in sidewalk, pick up branches, water flowers, take full recycling bins down to the garage, put dumpsters out to be emptied, put dumpsters away after pick up, trim branches hanging over sidewalks, blow or sweep main patio, empty outdoor trash bins, remove trash and debris from car wash area, clean garage and entry areas
