Job Overview Black Swan Living is seeking a dependable Landscaping Technician to play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, well-maintained environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors across various landscaping projects, ensuring properties are beautiful, functional, and safe. This is a hands-on outdoor role ideal for someone who takes pride in well-kept properties and works efficiently across multiply sites with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform lawn care duties like mowing, edging, trimming and maintaining grounds across multiple residential properties. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep. Perform seasonal tasks including spring cleanup, leaf removal, and general grounds upkeep Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment safely and responsibly. Report property damage, irrigation issues, or safety concerns to the maintenance supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma Drivers License Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions. Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and performing manual tasks throughout the day.
