We are seeking motivated full-time Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced professionals to maintain and enhance our clients' outdoor spaces. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping, with on-the-job training provided. Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled day Assist with the installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs Support hardscape installation projects as needed Load and unload equipment onto trucks and trailers Secure equipment for safe transport to job sites Remove debris from trucks and trailers daily Clean and maintain trucks and equipment Work collaboratively with team members under the guidance of the operations team Qualifications No prior landscaping experience required; willingness to learn is essential Previous knowledge of landscaping or hardscaping is a plus Familiarity with fleet equipment and trucks used in landscaping is preferred Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Benefits Competitive compensation Paid vacation (PTO) Paid holidays (5 total after 1 year) 401(k) retirement plan with company match Health insurance Vision and dental insurance Company-paid life insurance Uniforms provided Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr Experience and License Requirements Driver's License Landscaping/Hardscaping (optional) OSHA-10 Certification (optional) Skid Steering (optional)
