We provide lawn care, landscaping, fertilization, irrigation, hardscape, and snow services. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable Hardscape & Irrigation Technician to support our field crews. This is a hands-on role with no supervisory responsibilities. You will work under the direction of a foreman or crew leader while learning and assisting with hardscape and irrigation installations, repairs, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Responsibilities Assist with paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage projects Help with excavation, grading, base preparation, bedding, and compaction Assist with irrigation installations, repairs, startups, and winterizations Dig carefully around irrigation pipe, wiring, landscaping, and customer property Load, unload, stage, and organize tools and materials Operate hand tools and approved equipment safely after training Help maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Protect lawns, beds, structures, driveways, and other customer property Follow directions from the foreman or crew leader Report damage, mistakes, hazards, or questions promptly Track materials used and assist with jobsite photos or notes when requested Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition Work productively and stay engaged throughout the day What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Positive, coachable, team-first attitude Willingness to learn hardscape and irrigation skills Ability to follow instructions and work safely Respect for customers, coworkers, tools, and property Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Previous landscape, construction, hardscape, irrigation, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required What Success Looks Like Arriving on time and ready to work Following safety procedures and crew instructions Staying productive without constant reminders Handling tools and materials responsibly Helping the crew maintain a clean, organized jobsite Learning new skills and improving steadily Reporting problems honestly and immediately Leaving each property looking professional Why Join Quality Cut?
