Munie Greencare Professionals is hiring Landscape and Grounds Crew Members to support daily landscape maintenance and grounds operations at Fort Leonard Wood. This is hands-on, outdoor work for people who value showing up, working safely, and taking pride in the results of their day. What You'll Do You'll work as part of a crew responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional outdoor spaces across the installation, including: Landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds care Debris removal, cleanup, and seasonal work Perform spraying applications (fertilizer, herbicide, and other treatments) as part of landscape maintenance and grounds operations, in accordance with safety protocols and licensing requirements Safe operation of landscaping equipment (training provided) Following jobsite safety rules and military installation requirements Supporting your crew through teamwork, communication, and accountability What We're Looking For Comfort working outdoors in Missouri weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the workday Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Landscape or grounds experience is helpful, but not required Ability to obtain and maintain a required spray/applicator license Now hiring candidates from Fort Leonard Wood, St. Robert, Waynesville, Richland, Crocker, Dixon, Laquey, Lebanon, Rolla, and surrounding Pulaski County communities.
