Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality lawn care and landscape maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' lawns are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance. Utilize commercial stand on mowers, trimmers, blowers and possibly a variety equipment for miscellaneous projects. Opportunity to participate in snow plowing during winter months as weather allows. Collaborate with team members to complete a days works. Maintain equipment; treating with respect and care. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment. A strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.
