Position Overview As a Landscaping Supervisor, you'll play an important role in maintaining the beauty and curb appeal of our resort. You'll help ensure that our landscaping, grounds, and outdoor spaces create a welcoming environment for guests, owners, and team members alike. What You'll Do Safely operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, string trimmers, edgers, and utility vehicles Prepare soil and planting areas for flowers, shrubs, turf, and trees Plant, maintain, and care for landscaping throughout the resort Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and other plantings Mow and maintain lawn areas Apply mulch, water, fertilizer, and perform general landscape grooming Remove trash and debris to maintain a clean and attractive environment Clean and properly store equipment and tools at the end of each shift Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, hospitality, or related experience preferred Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods Strong communication skills in English Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply Join Our Team If you take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces and enjoy working in a scenic resort setting, we invite you to apply and become part of The Lodge of Four Seasons family.
