Timberline Landscapes is growing, and we're looking for dependable Landscape Crew Members to join our Bed Maintenance and Landscape Install teams. About the Role As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced Crew Leaders and other team members, maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties throughout the St. Louis area. This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to work hard, learn new skills, and contribute to the success of the team. Previous landscaping experience is preferred, but we're also willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Perform landscape and bed maintenance Assist with landscape installation projects Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials Mulch, weed, edge, and maintain landscape beds Dig, move, load, and unload materials Assist with soil preparation and grading Spring and fall cleanups Load and unload trucks and trailers Operate and maintain hand tools and landscape equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and shop areas clean and safe Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Operations Managers Work safely and help maintain a positive team environment Assist with snow and ice management during the winter season Take on additional responsibilities as you learn and grow What We're Looking For Previous landscaping experience preferred Valid driver's license Minimum 3 years of driving experience Must be legally insurable to drive company vehicles Reliable transportation Reliable and dependable Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and throughout all seasons Able to perform physical work, including lifting, digging, bending, standing, and working on your feet throughout the day Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Willing to learn and take direction Takes pride in quality work and helping the team succeed High school diploma or GED preferred

Important:

Because our crews operate company vehicles, we will need to verify that you are eligible to drive under our company insurance before an offer of employment is made. Schedule Monday through Friday, weather permitting Occasional Saturdays as needed Full-time, year-round work Typical workday begins around 7:00 AM and returns to the shop around 4:00 PM Outdoor work in all seasons Why Timberline?
