Lawn Care Crew Leader The Standard Lawn and Landscaping St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time From $21 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Tree trimming Landscape maintenance Truck driving Customer inquiry handling Administrative experience Training & development Full Job Description Administrative Tasks Ensure all employees are clocked in/out for the day Ensure all jobs are clocked in and out for time spent at each property Take Before/After Pictures at One Time Jobs Take Before/After Pictures sporadically for FB posts and send to General Manager Ensure all jobs are completed for the day

Jobsite/Job Completion:

Safely drive/trailer equipment throughout day to complete services Ensure job safety Ensure all equipment is secured on trailer after every service and equipment is locked up when away from truck/trailer to prevent stolen equipment Direct Crew members for each service and perform all services Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance, Hedge Trimming, Mulching, Leaf Removal, Pressure Washing, Minor Tree trimming, and all other offered services Perform Quality Check after every service Call backs to be performed at no additional pay if determined by General Manager that the crews neglected to perform The Standard's service quality Communicate with Clients when they have a question and direct them to General Manager Direct all questions about specific services to the General Manager Monitor phone for communication from General Manager if changes are needed for the route Report to General Manager if any services are not completed for the day

Maintenance Tasks:

Report any equipment issues immediately to General Manager Ensure Daily Maintenance is performed every day Ensure Trucks and Gas cans are fueled daily Ensure Starting Mileage Form is submitted

Daily Employee Training/Monitoring:

Train all new employees on services, proper equipment handling and job safety Monitor all Crew Members and answer any questions they have about service

Other Responsibilities:

Report to General Manager to approve any purchases other than Gasoline Ensure any purchases made, receipts are given to General Manager for processing Ensure proper employee uniform Remove all personal trash from trucks at the end of the day Ensure all equipment used for the day is stored correctly in unit Ensure unit is locked appropriately and key is stored in lockbox on door
