Groundskeeper / Property Maintenance We are looking for a dependable, hardworking groundskeeper to help maintain a local family's private estate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping a property looking great, and is comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day projects. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, landscaping, garden and flower bed maintenance, weed control, leaf and debris cleanup, general property upkeep, minor repairs, and other projects around the property as needed. Duties may vary throughout the year based on the season and needs of the property. We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience with lawn equipment, landscaping, general maintenance, or farm/property work is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care Garden, landscaping, and flower bed maintenance Seasonal cleanup and property upkeep Minor repairs and maintenance projects Operating and maintaining lawn and landscaping equipment Identifying property maintenance needs and taking initiative Assisting with miscellaneous outdoor and property-related projects The goal is to find someone long-term who will take ownership and pride in keeping the property well-maintained year-round.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
