We're looking for dependable crew members to help finish the fall season and transition into winter sidewalk and/or truck‑based snow removal. Job Summary This seasonal role begins with fall cleanup work and continues into winter snow removal. Ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, can handle early‑morning storm shifts, and wants consistent seasonal hours. ResponsibilitiesFall Lawn Care (Sept-Nov) Leaf cleanup, debris removal, and fall lawn maintenance Power raking, aeration, and final mowing Operating mowers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Winter Snow Removal (Nov-Mar) Sidewalk snow removal using shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt Truck‑based snow plowing for drive lanes and commercial sites Responding to storm‑based shifts, often early mornings or late nights Maintaining safe, clean walkways and entrances for clients Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean Driving Record Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs and operate equipment safely Dependable, punctual, and able to work during active storms Preferred Experience Landscaping or lawn care experience Snow removal or plowing experience Familiarity with mowers, blowers, and snow equipment Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Seasonal performance bonuses
