Responsibilities Complete landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Oversee hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground covers to ensure proper care and maintenance Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles safely and effectively Coordinate daily outdoor work activities, ensuring all tasks adhere to safety standards and project timelines Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes Skills Extensive knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant identification skills Skilled in hardscaping construction projects from planning to execution Experience with outdoor equipment operation including groundskeeping tools and company vehicles Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate tasks effectively Knowledge of grounds maintenance safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures Join us as a Lead Landscaper to shape vibrant outdoor spaces while leading a passionate team committed to excellence.
