A Landscaping or Groundskeeping Worker provides landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Provides care for plants and trees including mowing, trimming and planting, and repairs driveways, walks, benches or other structures.
Always follow and help enforce safe practices and rules. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to industry safety standards, and participation in safety training programs. Provide direct assistance to the crew during tree care operations, including pruning, trimming, and tree removal. Operate equipment such as gas-powered chain saws, pole saws, and brush chippers in a safe, efficient, and effective manner while minimizing all risks to job site personnel, the public, and property. Assist in the removal and disposal of tree debris, branches, and wood chips generated during tree care operations, ensuring the site is left clean and orderly. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure coordinated and efficient workflow. Interact professionally with clients and property owners, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests with courtesy and respect.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in landscaping, arboriculture, or related field preferred but not required. Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic mechanical repair is a plus. Must possess and maintain a Valid driver's license.

Must meet I-9 requirements.
