Your expertise will shine as you engage in various landscaping tasks, ensuring that each project reflects quality and attention to detail. From lawn care to hardscaping, you'll be the driving force behind beautiful landscapes that enhance the environment and elevate community aesthetics. What you'll do Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, and weeding to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Execute irrigation system installations and repairs to ensure optimal water distribution for plants and lawns. Engage in tree care practices such as pruning, trimming, and removal to promote healthy growth. Assist in hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls to enhance functionality and beauty. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance on machinery like excavators. Collaborate with team members on gardening projects, ensuring proper planting techniques and horticultural practices are followed. Manage team members and help maintain operations Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using a variety of hand tools and power tools. Leadership experience Problem solving skills Communication skills Preferred qualifications Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general landscaping practices. Familiarity with horticulture principles and tree care techniques. Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance. Knowledge of construction practices related to hardscaping projects.
