The Groundskeeper will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are clean, well-maintained, and inviting for residents and visitors alike. This role requires a proactive approach to landscaping, property upkeep, and general outdoor maintenance to uphold the community's aesthetic standards and safety. Duties Perform regular landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, pruning trees, and planting flowers to enhance curb appeal. Maintain walkways, parking areas, and common outdoor spaces by removing debris, leaves, and trash. Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of outdoor equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Assist with irrigation system checks and repairs to ensure healthy landscaping. Conduct routine inspections of outdoor facilities to identify and address maintenance needs or safety hazards. Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal or leaf cleanup as required. Collaborate with property management staff to address specific groundskeeping needs and special projects. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor work. Experience Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward property upkeep. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
