Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping Crew member (Gardener I) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Landscaping and a strong background in maintenance. This role involves working with various property landscapes to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. The (Gardener I) will be responsible for ensuring the health and aesthetics of each property's Turf, Mulch beds, trees, hardscapes, softscapes , irrigation systems, etc. utilizing both hand tools, power tools and equipment effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine Landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, edging, and blowing. Implement and understands the importance of correct landscape maintenance practices practices to ensure the health of trees, bushes, turf etc. to enhance the visual appeal of outdoor spaces. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Monitor plant health and diagnose issues related to pests or diseases. Collaborate with team members to design and implement landscaping projects. Qualifications Proven experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is preferred. Experience in lawn care practices such as mowing, pruning, edging, fertilization, and weed control is desired. Ability to operate various hand tools. power tools, and equipment safely. Drivers license preferred Reliability Time management and efficiency. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. A passion for landscaping and creating beautiful outdoor environments.
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
