We are a small, family owned Landscaping Company based out of Holly Springs, NC that is quickly growing. We are looking for an Experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our team! This is for a full-time/permanent outdoor labor position in Holly Springs, NC doing landscape maintenance and installation on commercial and residential properties, Monday through Friday. This is an hourly ($20-25/hour) position (depending on your previous landscape experience). This crew member reports and takes direction directly from the owner of the Company.

You must:

Have at LEAST 2 year of landscaping experience Be 18 years or older Be dependable, accountable and punctual Have your own form of reliable transportation to and from work Be a team player Be able to operate a variety of commercial equipment such as blowers, mowers, clippers, edgers, and string trimmers Be able to uphold safety policies, Company policies and work in a safe manner Be able to work outside in all kinds of weather conditions Be able to do strenuous work throughout the day, including frequent bending, stooping, and squatting Be able to regularly lift 15 lbs. with proper lifting techniques and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance Be able to be on your feet for 8+hours a day Be polite and friendly to customers We prefer a candidate that has a Valid NC Driver License.
