Job Description

Join a fast-paced team where craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail are valued. As a Landscape Installation Crew Member, you will assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects while working outdoors alongside experienced crew members to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently. Crew Members report directly to the Crew Leader and follow direction from the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, sod, mulch, plants, and other landscape features Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional job site Work efficiently with your crew to complete projects on time and to company standards Drive company vehicles and transport crew members as needed Operate landscaping tools and installation equipment safely and effectively, including: o Compaction equipment o Cut-off saws and installation tools o Trenchers and other installation equipment as assigned Qualifications (Required): At least 2 year of professional landscaping, hardscape, or construction experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions Team-oriented, reliable, and able to follow direction Valid, unrestricted North Carolina driver's license (or equivalent) required, Crew members may be required to operate company vehicles and transport crew members as part of daily operations. Acceptable driving record required Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) screening as part of the hiring process Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Applicants must meet company driving standards and insurance eligibility requirements because operating company vehicles is part of the position.
Pay:
$17.87 - $24.00 per hour
