Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaping and Monuments specialist, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and creating lasting monuments. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, well-kept landscapes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met every step of the way. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces lush and healthy Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery with precision and safety Install, repair, and maintain monuments, including cleaning, sealing, and structural adjustments to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal Follow all safety procedures diligently while handling tools, equipment, or hazardous materials to maintain a safe working environment Experience Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance or landscaping projects Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape equipment operation Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, tree trimming Experience installing or restoring monuments or hardscape features is a plus Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Embark on a career that combines creativity with technical skill! $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
