Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and visually appealing Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and snow plows with safety protocol adherence Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to maintain healthy plant growth Identify plants accurately and apply appropriate horticultural practices to promote landscape vitality Conduct landscape installation projects involving hardscape features like pathways, patios, or retaining walls Apply pesticides responsibly following safety guidelines to control pests while protecting the environment Perform seasonal tasks such as snow plowing in winter or planting new greenery to keep landscapes vibrant year-round Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation Strong understanding of horticulture principles and plant identification skills Familiarity with irrigation systems, pesticide management, and lawn care techniques Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment use Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
