Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Crew Lead to oversee daily lawn maintenance operations. The Crew Lead is responsible for leading a small crew, ensuring quality work, maintaining equipment, and representing the company professionally on job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with experience in lawn care and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Lead and manage a lawn maintenance crew on daily routes Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and basic landscaping Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards Train and supervise crew members Monitor job quality and correct issues as needed Load/unload equipment and maintain trucks and trailers Perform basic equipment maintenance and report repairs needed Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or customer concerns Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites Requirements Prior lawn care or landscaping experience Leadership or crew management experience Ability to operate lawn equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor What We Offer Competitive pay with opportunity for raises Consistent work and steady hours Advancement opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Well-maintained equipment
