Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise and passion! In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes that inspire and delight. From planting vibrant greenery to installing hardscape features, you'll play a vital part in transforming outdoor environments into inviting, functional spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for planting, grading, or installation projects Install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering of landscapes Provide lawn care services such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control to sustain lush lawns Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways in all weather conditions Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators for various construction tasks Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant selection, soil preparation, and tree care Ability to perform snow plowing safely during winter seasons Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair processes Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in different weather conditions Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety protocols at all times
