On-site (not remote) Job Summary The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software, Strong communication and problem-solving skills & Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
