Job Description
Carolina Turf is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape/Hardscape Crew Members to join our team. This position focuses on installing hardscapes and landscape features for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation Install drainage systems and landscape edging Spread gravel, mulch, soil, and other landscape materials Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Read and follow project plans and directions from the crew leader Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Perform final quality checks to ensure projects meet company standards Follow all company safety procedures
