This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces, ensuring that our members enjoy a pristine environment for recreation. Responsibilities Perform routine groundskeeping tasks to maintain the golf course and surrounding areas. Mow lawns, trim trees, and care for gardens to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the club. Irrigate and manage water resources effectively to promote healthy plant growth. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Assist in hardscape projects such as pathways and patios as needed. Monitor plant health and implement tree care practices to ensure longevity. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of maintenance throughout the property. Requirements Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred. Knowledge of lawn care techniques and tree care practices is essential. Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
