Responsibilities Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently Support planting activities by identifying plants, preparing soil, planting new greenery, and maintaining existing flora Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Perform hardscape installations including setting pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor structures Conduct groundskeeping duties such as debris removal and general site cleanup Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or familiarity with landscaping activities preferred Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment and power tools Ability to identify various plants and understand basic horticulture principles Knowledge of pesticide management practices is a plus but not required Strong understanding of safety procedures related to grounds maintenance and equipment operation Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscape maintenance This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
