Duties Lawn Maintenance:

Mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding lawns

Plant Care:

Planting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs, trees, and flowers

Bed Maintenance:

Weeding, mulching, and deadheading flowers

Irrigation Systems:

Maintaining and troubleshooting irrigation systems

Equipment Operation:

Operating lawn mowers, tractors, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

Landscape Installation:

Assisting with the installation of plants, trees, patios, walkways, and retaining walls

Clean-up:

Removing debris, leaves, and other waste from properties

Customer Service:

Interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner

Physical Labor:

Lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Weather Tolerance:

Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Skills & Qualifications Physical Strength:

Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks Attention to

Equipment Operation:

Experience with lawn and landscaping equipment (required for Crew Lead)
