Associate Professional for

Adolescent Group Home Duties:

Provides oversight and support for all group home staff functions to ensure that general operating procedures are maintained for all clients according to agency policies, procedures, NC Law & Code Manages the daily operations of the group home facility and provides direct therapeutic community-based residential care to adolescent clients. Maintain a positive, safe, and secure environment for clients. Document daily progress notes Provide continuous supervision of staff and clients. Encourage positive relationships and behaviors. Diminish disruptive and dysfunctional behaviors. Abide by Client Rights and Confidentiality Rights.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Must meet one of the following requirements 1 . Graduate of a college or have a Master's degree in a human service field with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated

experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling. 2 . Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, post bachelor's degree accumulated

Pay:
