Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Assistant to support our team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role involves assisting with various landscaping, lawn care, and garden maintenance tasks to ensure our wedding venue stays beautifully maintained and functional. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and construction. Duties Assist with lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, and trimming, using hand tools and power tools. Support landscape maintenance projects such as planting, pruning, and tree care. Operate equipment such as tractors, mowers, and other landscaping machinery under supervision. Maintain gardening areas by watering, fertilizing, and applying horticultural practice Support the team in equipment maintenance and safety procedures to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is required Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and effectively. Familiarity with horticulture principles, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is desirable. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver's license is required for equipment operation or transportation purposes. Willingness to learn new skills related to specialized landscaping techniques.
