Job Description:

We are actively seeking an experienced Groundsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working on a tree crew, demonstrating strong skills in safety practices, chainsaw operation. •Heavy equipment use, specifically with the Avant articulated loader.• This role is crucial in supporting our tree care operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with tree maintenance, including pruning, trimming, and removal. Operate and maintain chainsaws and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience on a tree crew. Proven experience in safety practices related to tree care operations. Proficient in the use of chainsaws and heavy equipment, particularly the Avant articulated loader. Clean driving record and valid driver's license are essential requirements for this position.
