Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces lush and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to maintain healthy landscapes and implement pest management strategies responsibly Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Maintain safety protocols by using appropriate protective gear and adhering to all safety guidelines during outdoor work Assist with landscape design projects including installing hardscape features like patios or walkways while ensuring quality craftsmanship Experience Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on groundskeeping or landscaping tasks Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment and power tools effectively Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, tree trimming, and plant identification Knowledge of pesticide management procedures and safety protocols for chemical application Ability to interpret irrigation plans and troubleshoot irrigation system issues Strong understanding of horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth Prior experience with snow plowing or winter grounds maintenance is a plus but not required Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments!
