Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered LPN license At least one year of experience in nursing, preferably in acute or long-term care environments Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Current BLS certification Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new teams and practice settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate patient care under physician or RN supervision Administer prescribed medications, document observations, and maintain accurate records Support patients and families with education and advocacy Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic patient care Uphold infection control and safety standards specific to the facility
