Campbell's Lawn and Landscape is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice for field-based route work in our service area. Mowing will be the primary responsibility, but this role also supports the broader maintenance side of the business. The work You'll work alongside an experienced crew, supporting daily maintenance routes while learning our standards for quality, safety, pace, and professionalism. Mowing will be your primary area of focus, but this role may also include: Trimming, edging, and blowing Property cleanup and detail work Mulching and bed maintenance Light pruning and seasonal maintenance tasks Basic truck, trailer, and equipment readiness Supporting the crew wherever needed to keep the route moving This role is hands-on and physical.
