Full-Time / Part-Time About Mull's Chapel Baptist Church Mull's Chapel Baptist Church is a family-oriented, Bible-believing Southern Baptist church nestled along the scenic Jacob's Fork River. For generations, our congregation has served as a beacon of Christ's hope, grace, and love to our surrounding community. We are a warm, grace-seeking body of believers grounded in Scripture, dedicated to spiritual growth, fellowship, and local and global missions through the Baptist State Convention. Position Summary Mull's Chapel Baptist Church is seeking a God-called, energetic, and spiritually mature Pastor to serve as our spiritual leader and under-shepherd. The Pastor will lead the congregation in corporate worship, preach the Word of God faithfully, provide pastoral care, and equip the saints for the work of ministry. The ideal candidate will align with our doctrinal beliefs, possess a heart for pastoral visitation, and guide our church family in outreach and community engagement. Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Qualifications & Requirements Calling & Character:
A clear, undeniable call to the ministry of the Gospel, meeting the biblical qualifications of an elder/pastor (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9).Doctrinal Alignment:
Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message and a firm conviction in the inerrancy and authority of the Holy Bible.Experience:
