Part Time Job Overview:
The Nursery Caregiver will provide proper care and nurturing of babies and toddlers during church services and special events.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event, complete set up of space and be prepared to greet children a minimum of 15 minutes prior to event start time. Familiar with nursery facilities. Comply with all designated nursery policies and procedures. Knowledgeable in all emergency procedures for fire, tornadoes, etc. Greet parents and ensure children are property signed in. Take proper care of babies/toddlers in the nursery and ensure their safety through changing of diapers/clothing as necessary, rocking, playing with, singing to, playing music for and showing picture books to, feeding as needed or as requested by parents. Complete tear down of space to include disinfecting all toys and cleaning of nursery space prior to leaving at the end of the event.
