Job Overview We are seeking a Custodian / Groundskeeper to help keep our building, grounds, and work areas clean, safe, and ready for production. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. You'll handle a variety of everyday cleaning, groundskeeping, and facility upkeep tasks. Key Responsibilities Keep facility interiors, common areas, and work areas clean, including breakrooms, restrooms, and other shared spaces Sweep floors, operate the floor sweeper, and remove trash. Refuel forklifts and help keep equipment ready for employees Mow, trim, and weed grounds during the warmer months and assist with snow removal and ice safety during winter. Assist with basic building upkeep, preventative maintenance, and simple repairs. Skills Willing to perform a variety of tasks. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. Able to work independently and follow instructions. Able to safely use basic tools and equipment, or willing to learn. Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work as needed. Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
