First Shift (Monday thru Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm) Job Summary Patriot Equipment is looking to add an Assembly Technician to our growing team. Assembly Technicians build and finish agricultural equipment using hand and power tools, drawings, measurements, and work instructions. This position requires a willingness to learn, the ability to use basic tools, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Assemble equipment using hand and power tools Work independently or as a team to meet production needs and delivery timelines Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe Read basic drawings, instructions, and measurements Perform quality checks and functional testing to ensure products are working properly Qualifications Willingness to learn company products, processes, and standards Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance Ability to problem-solve and adapt when issues arise Comfortable working in a team environment Prior assembly, mechanical, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Why work for Patriot Equipment?
