We are seeking a dependable, experienced Lawn Care Crew Lead to oversee a mowing route and lead a small crew starting April 1. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage people effectively, and is comfortable being responsible for equipment and route performance. Pay Up to $28/hour based on experience, leadership ability, and reliability. Position Overview The Crew Lead is responsible for: Driving company truck and trailer to scheduled properties Leading and supervising 1+ crew members Ensuring properties are completed efficiently and to company standards Operating commercial stand-on mowers and other lawn equipment Performing trimming, edging, and cleanup Maintaining and inspecting equipment daily Reporting equipment issues immediately Keeping truck, trailer, and equipment clean and organized This role requires someone who can work independently, make decisions in the field, and maintain a professional attitude with both team members and clients. Qualifications Valid driver's license (REQUIRED) Clean driving record preferred Previous lawn care experience required Previous leadership or management experience required Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing weather Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual What We're Looking For We want someone who: Shows up early and sets the tone for the crew Holds others accountable respectfully Takes ownership of their route Cares about equipment maintenance Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Position Details Full-time Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts Day shift Flexible scheduling Why Work With Us?
