About Kanger Lawns Kanger Lawns mission is to help residents save time by providing convenient, reliable, and thorough landscaping services. Overview of Job We are hiring for our mowing crew. We specialize in residential lawns do about 15-25 per day. We need crew members who have attention to detail, and want to show off those stripes! We are looking for good team mates who show up on-time, complete there route to beat the heat, and looking maximize their potential. Main Responsibilities Show up on time, work a full time schedule, and be a good teammate. Drive company truck and trailer safely throughout town. Operated commercial stand on, riding zero turn mowers, or 30" push mowers produce a clean looking lawn with straight lines and no clippings left behind. Trim left over grass with trimmers and edgers against houses, sidewalks, and fences. Cleanups and bed maintenance like leaf removal and trimming plants

• typically in spring & fall before mowing starts.

Physical work involving lift bags of grass, moving branches, and physically moving throughout properties all day. Your Contributions & Who We are Looking for Clear communication through asking questions, solving problems, and reaching out to get the best results in a timely manner. A great attitude and a team mentality willing to help your fellow team members. We want driven folks who will pull their own weight and be willing to help anyone on the team finish strong. Experience is great and highly valued, but as long as you have a good attitude and are willing to learn we can train you too. Attention to detail, like keeping the grass out of the mulch beds and some clean stripes!
