This position involves a variety of outdoor property maintenance services throughout the changing seasons. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working independently, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working outdoors. No two days may look exactly the same, and flexibility is important as our services change with the seasons and customer needs.

Responsibilities may include:

Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care Snow and ice removal during the winter season Fall leaf cleanup and other seasonal yard cleanups General property and yard maintenance Removing debris and maintaining clean, well-kept properties Assisting with landscaping and other outdoor projects as needed Operating lawn care and outdoor maintenance equipment safely and properly Performing routine care and maintenance of equipment Working independently at residential and/or commercial properties Following job instructions and completing work efficiently and thoroughly Providing professional and courteous service to customers Identifying additional property maintenance needs and communicating them to owner Performing other lawn, landscaping, snow removal, and property maintenance duties as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
