Job Description
Overview PLS Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Leader with a minimum of three (3) years of experience servicing both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a Mowing crew members on a daily basis Strong work ethic Operate 60", 48", and 36" Scag mowers efficiently and safely Perform trimming and edging for residential and commercial accounts Ensure quality control and timely completion of assigned mowing routes Conduct monthly and seasonal tasks like leaf removal, landscaping maintenance , and snow clearing Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of professional mowing experience Valid driver's license required Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew
