We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working outdoors year-round. Responsibilities Weekly lawn mowing and property maintenance Spring and fall cleanups Bark mulch installation Trimming, edging, and blowing Shrub pruning and landscape maintenance Planting projects and other landscape improvements Loading, unloading, and caring for equipment Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Winter Employment This is a year-round position . During the winter months, employees transition to our snow operations team, which includes: Commercial and residential snow plowing Sidewalk and walkway shoveling Ice management and salting Snow removal operations Requirements Previous landscape maintenance experience is required Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers and other landscape equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with a team Preferred Qualifications Experience driving trucks with trailers Experience operating skid steers or compact equipment Snow plowing experience (preferred but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during the busy season Full-time, year-round employment Modern equipment and well-maintained trucks Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow If you're looking for a stable, year-round career with a professional landscaping company that values hard work and quality, we'd love to hear from you.
