Full Job Description Position Overview:
Dave's Landscaping is looking to add a dependable, hardworking crew member to the team. The landscape crew member is responsible for a variety of tasks (including physical labor). Job responsibilities also include use of various hand tools, power tools and equipment to complete projects .Core Capabilities:
- Commercial and residential landscape installation and maintenance experience is a plus (but not a must).
- Able to follow set landscape design.
- Able to operate all tools, machinery and equipment safely.
- Able to take instruction and follow through with little supervision.
- Valid NH Driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Able to perform physical labor.
- Honest, dependable and able to communicate effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance of lawns including but not limited to weeding, trimming, edging, of mulch and flower beds, weed whacking and lawn mowing.
- Planting of foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees and shrubs.
- Trimming and pruning of shrubs, perennials, and small trees.
- Cart and spread sod, mulch, dirt, etc.
- Removal of landscaping to include sod, shrubs, and trees.
- Perform physical labor such as loading and unloading trucks, lifting, carrying and maneuvering of heavy material on occasion and light material regularly.
- Snow plowing duties during the winter months.
