Your role is essential in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining positive customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to various locations following designated routes. Manage multiple deliveries daily with precision, ensuring accurate and timely drop-offs. Engage with customers courteously, answer questions, and promote additional products through upselling when appropriate. Verify delivery details, handle cash or payment transactions accurately, and process pricing adjustments as needed. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform heavy lifting of packages, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards. Organize delivery routes efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize delays. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, route changes, or any issues encountered during shifts. Experience Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record. Prior experience in commercial driving or delivery roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong math skills for handling pricing adjustments and transaction calculations. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage routes and schedules effectively. Military experience involving logistics or driving is considered a valuable asset that enhances your suitability for this role.
