This position will oversee patient care and medication administration activities during 3-11 shift, ensuring high-quality nursing services are delivered efficiently and safely. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient assessments, and maintain compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses extensive clinical expertise across diverse care settings. Infection control wound rounds 1x weekly, entering physician orders and updating careplans Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during shift, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care delivery Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform treatment plans Oversee medication administration, IV infusion procedures, catheter care, and other clinical interventions in accordance with medical orders and safety protocols Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and utilization review to optimize patient outcomes Monitor infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and sterile processing procedures to uphold safety standards Manage emergency situations including airway management, ventilator support, or acute pain management with confidence and professionalism Qualifications Valid RN/LPN license with current state registration; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Proven supervisory or team management experience within a healthcare setting Familiarity with
