  • Full-time Job Overview Join our landscaping team as a Landscaping Crew Member.
You will actively participate in a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and landscape installs. Planting, mulching and bed maintenance. This job position has the opportunity to become the Crew Leader for our job and installations division. Looking to expand our jobs calendar and you can become the direct point of contact for these tasks. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning and mulching. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging and planting. Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming. Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and optimal performance Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided Experience being a crew leader is at your advantage as we grow. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools and other landscaping equipment is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for long periods of standing or walking Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Valid driver's license for operating equipment or traveling between job sites Enthusiasm for outdoor work and a commitment to safety standards
