We have an immediate opening for 1 full-time groundskeeper / porter to help us provide an outstanding level of service that will enhance the experience of every patron that enters our buildings throughout the downtown Portsmouth area. Due to the requirements of the position, the hiring process does include a background/credit check. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Mowing Trimming of weeds Gardening•seasonal plantings, weeding garden beds, planters Snow removal Power Washing Bundling cardboard Trash to curbside (totes and dumpsters)•throughout portfolio Ceiling tile replacements Occasional overtime may be required

Minimum Qualifications:

Self-starter Ability to work independently Has personal vehicle On call rotation duties required

Additional Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing Weekend hours required Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift 40•75 pounds Integrity and honesty High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Pay:

$24.00•$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
